Is Tarikh in Bangla?+
Yes. The whole interface, including dates, weekdays and form labels, is available in Bangla. You can switch the language per user at any time.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Tarikh runs in the browser on phones and laptops. There is no Play Store download, no Mac client.
What about the court holidays?+
Date inputs respect BD timezone (Asia/Dhaka). The morning digest skips Fridays and Saturdays.
Can I export my data?+
Cases can be exported to CSV. Each case can be exported as a branded PDF with hearings, notes and attachments listed.
How does the team plan work?+
Invite chamber-mates by email. They join with the role you assign - Senior, Junior or Clerk. Roles control who can edit case data and add members.
Where do Clause AI answers come from?+
For statute questions, Clause AI answers from the Bangladesh Code itself - acts, ordinances and their sections from the official law portal (bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd). For case law, it draws on reported Supreme Court of Bangladesh judgments and cites each one by its official citation. Every claim is cited inline, and it does not invent law: when a question falls outside what it retrieved, it says so instead of guessing - and it never cites a case it did not actually find.
Can I rely on Clause AI in court?+
Treat it as a fast first-pass research assistant, not a substitute for your own judgement. It points you to the right section or judgment with the source pinned, but always verify the current text, any amendments, and that a cited case is still good law before relying on it in a filing or before a bench. It is built to cite, not to advise.
What languages can I ask Clause AI in?+

Is my client data safe?+
